How do I become a promoter?

Promoters are organisations who would like to raffle prizes in order to raise funds.

If you are 18 or older, have supplied us with Know Your Customer information (KYC), the raffle manager tools will be accessible via the account menu.

How do promoters receive payments?

First of all you need to add your BIC and IBAN bank account details to your account to receive your raffle money.

If the raffle successfully concludes, you will receive payment to the raffle holders bank account (this may take 3-5 working days).

Can I cancel a raffle I have created?

You can "pause" a raffle. Once paused, contact support.

In this event all ticket holders will receive a credit to their account to be used for other raffle games.

This process may take 3-5 working days to be completed.

How does the prize exchange hands?

If you are a luck winner, congratulations!

Intentions of how goods will be exchanged should be made clear by the promoter from the beginning. We accept no responsibility for prizes, and for this reason we suggest you exercise caution when entering a raffle.

Can I opt for cash instead of the prize?

No.

The purpose of our system is to raise funds for social purposes. Prizes are mostly donated and funds raised from ticket sales go towards the cause behind the raffle.

What if I do not like the prize?

We do not get involved with our players prize preferences. We would suggest you do your research before opting to play a game, because you might just win!

How do I play the games?

From the games page you will find raffle games that you qualify for. Some games may be set so that only a certain age group, gender or physical location are eligible to play.

When you find a game you wish to enter, click on the game and follow the instructions!

How do I get results?

A game ends once all the tickets are sold or the time runs out (free and bonus plays do not contribute to the pool).

Once the game has closed, a draw will take place within the next 24 hours. Once the winner has been selected, players will receive an email outlining their win status.

How do I receive my ticket?

A unique ticket is emailed to you on purchase.

Your ticket will also be available in the ticket tab found in your account pages. Do not worry, we know who has tickets and will do our best to contact you, should you win.

Can I buy multiple tickets to a raffle?

Yes, you can buy as many tickets as you wish but please play responsibly!.

You can place multiple orders for different raffles in one go which will land in your shopping cart. When you are ready to checkout, just click on the cart icon at the top of the page.

I can not find a raffle game?

Some raffle games are limited by location.

While this is rare, raffle holders may only be able to deliver a prize in a specific location and for this reason, the raffle game will exclude people who live in non participating cities and regions.

How is the winner chosen?

A game closes after the time runs out or the last ticket is sold.

Within the next 24 hours, our system will use our certified RNG to select a winner from the pool of eligible tickets and will then announce the winner, by email, to all the players.

What's the deal with the skill questions?

We ask skill questions in order to classify our service as "games of skill" which would otherwise be considered an "unlawful lottery" in some regions.

Questions are designed to challenge your general knowledge and hopefully inspire debate!

Can I change my skill answer?

No.

All orders are final so be sure to take care when answering the skill based questions. While you can do research, remember, the games end once the tickets are all sold out!

What if I get a question wrong?

If you get a question wrong, your ticket will not be eligible for a prize.

Do note that the level of question targets the general populations intellectual abilities and may be easy for some and more challenging to others.
